This is a manually operated machine to carry pallets. It is called a 'pallet jack' or 'pallet truck'. Its uses hydraulics which can be pumped using the shaft and handle (black coloured in this picture) to raised its body and fork (yellow coloured in this picture).

Pallet jacks also comes in all shapes and sizes and. A pallet jack can lift weights of up to 1 tonne.

Another machine to carry pallets are forklifts. Forklifts have strong heavy duty forks and hydraulics systems to carry heavy loads. Forklifts can carry different weights according to their size and maximum load limit. Small forklifts can carry up to 3 tonnes of load. A forklift weight limit should not be exceeded.

Pallets are easy to store, as it can be stacked to high heights. So it is an easy cheap source of loading method.
